October at the Brewhouse has been a lazy month so far(as can be seen from the update frequency!)

The latest brew on the go is the magnificently rich and strong Olde Sump-oil Stout. It’s dark, it’s heavy and should be a brain melter at about 7.8% alcohol when in the bottle and primed. It’s also a long termer as far as bottle conditioning is concerned. (more…)
